That being said here’s want I would recommend to you:Īfter you play for a little bit and still want to throw money at the game you can either upgrade your ship using a ship cross chassis upgrade in the RSI pledge store, or you can buy standalone ships from the store and upgrade those further. Wipes happen in between patches when they do happen. Most of the ships can be purchased in game too for auec, but the ships purchased in game will be wiped away in server wipes that happen sometimes with inconsistency. So I would first recommend buying a cheaper package, Aurora MR or Avenger, to see if you like the game before throwing more money into it. If you like flying the Constellation and stick with the game, you can "exchange" your Cutlass Black starter for store credit and buy a Constellation Starter using that credit (and more money) in the future. Rent or buy a Constellation Andromeda in-game and fly it. If you are considering both, I suggest you do this:īuy the Cutlass Black starter pack and play the game a bit. Other people will tell you to stay away from it. The Constellation Andromeda is a good gunship but it has poor handling. ![]() It is one of the most common ships to purchase in-game for people who start with the lower priced packs. It's got enough cargo space to carry many vehicles (ROC for mining, Cyclone for racing) or a full load of refined mining materials (after you get a Prospector in-game) for those who like mining. It's got good enough firepower for bounty hunting. The Cutlass Black is a very good option if you are willing to pay the price.
